In 2014, UB launches its first crowdfunding campaign to help UB students and faculty travel to California for the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon.
In 2015, UB alumni and friends from around the world support a 24-hour giving blitz on the inaugural UB Giving Day.
In 2016, a grant from the Blackstone Charitable Foundation begins a partnership with UB that enables students to become entrepreneurs.
In 2017, the new home for the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences opens on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
In 2018, UB announces the public phase of Boldly Buffalo: The Campaign for UB, which has reached upward of $451 million from nearly 62,000 donors.
In 2019, UB opens the Murchie Fieldhouse for students and athletes and reaches a historic Boldly Buffalo half-billion dollar mark.
