Dealing with terrorist disruption of election. Individual states have the power to postpone the presidential election in the event of a terrorist threat or attack, and should be developing procedures in advance for dealing with such a situation, a UB election-law expert says.
Gaining a competitive edge. Swimmers wearing a suit that provides more body coverage should have an edge over competitors wearing suits that provide less coverage, UB researchers have found.
