Campaign at 22 percent of goal

Published: September 30, 2009

UB’s 2009 Employees Campaign for the Community has raised $193,319.44, or 22 percent of its goal of $875,000.

The amount raised as of Sept. 29 is based on the participation of 11 percent of UB employees who have returned their pledge cards.

The campaign, which kicked off on Sept. 9, runs through the end of the semester. Scott Nostaja, vice president for human resources and chief of staff to President John B. Simpson, is campaign chair.

You may not be aware, but the Center for the Arts, along with several other University at Buffalo affiliated organizations, is eligible this year to receive donor designations. This is just one more way to support our university activities that reach others in the community!
