The Towne on Allen St. is one of the few local Greek restaurants that offer lamb souvlaki. Food is great. Pano's is great too.

The Wehrle Restaurant at Harlem Road and Wehrle Drive on the Amherst/Cheektowaga border has great Greek food. Servings are large and your bill won't break the bank. Casual and very kid-friendly.

I second, PANO's! Great ambiance, delicious food, and along the Elmwood Avenue shopping/arts district- so you can walk off your tasty meal and see all the great establishments!

The Clarence Grille & Rathskellar (formerly Finnlocks) makes the BEST chicken souvlaki. The ingredients are fresh, the portion is huge and the price is right. You'll always have plenty to take home for yummy leftovers later.
