A Title IX panel discussion on campus sexual assault prevention, reporting and response will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 9 in 330 Student Union, North Campus.
The UB Child Care Center will again be offering its after school and vacation club programs this academic year. The programs are available for members of the UB community who have children between the ages of 5 and 12.
The Professional Staff Senate Social Committee is presenting its sixth annual potluck barbecue luncheon on Aug. 24. The event will take place from noon to 1 p.m. at the picnic area next to the pond behind Greiner Hall on UB's North Campus (rain location: 101 Baldy Hall). Hamburgers and hot dogs will be provided. UB staff and domestic students are being recruited to serve as cultural partners for newly arrived international students during the fall 2015 semester. Participants in the International Student Mentoring Program need not know about other cultures, speak other languages or have traveled overseas.
UB employees are urged to donate school supplies to “Tools for Schools,” the sixth annual university-wide drive to benefit pre-K through eighth-grade students at several Buffalo schools.
