| Price | Description |
| $20 | Individual Adult -- Each registered individual will receive a UBCCC blanket |
| $10 | Individual Child 12 & under -- Each registered individual child will receive a t-shirt (must be registered by April 6th to receive a t-shirt) |
| $45 | Family of four with $5 per additional child -- Each registered family will receive one UBCCC blanket and children t-shirts (must be registered by April 6th to receive a t-shirt) |
* Each registration fee comes with after-party entry, lunch, refreshments, games, live entertainment and child-based activities.
- Hand in registration form and pay at the registration table at each center from Monday, March 12th onwards with cash, check or credit card.
- Register at on-site registration booth on the day of the walk from 9:15 a.m. to 10 a.m. Only cash or check payment will be accepted.
- Mail in completed form & check (payable to "UBCCC") to:

9:15 a.m.-9:50 a.m. | Check-in and on-site registration tables open * Check-in for preregistered walkers * On-site (same day) registration * UBCCC blanket and children t-shirt pick-up |

| 10:00 a.m. | Walk begins on the bike path entrance off St. Rita’s Lane |
| 10:00 a.m.-11 a.m. | Friends & Family 5K Walk |
| 10:30 a.m. | After Party begins at Alumni C Lot/Baird Point |
| 11:15 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Lunch served |
| 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. | Children's Story Time |
| 12:15 p.m.-1:00 p.m. | Live show - entertainment |
| 12:30 p.m. | Raffle closes |
| 1:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. | Raffle drawing |
