Planner

The Planner allows students to plan courses based on their program plan for an individual term, multiple terms or their entire program of study.

Log into MyUB and click on HUB Student Center

1. Select the “Manage Classes” tile.

2. Select “Planner” in the navigation pane.

Courses can be added to the Planner from the “Course Catalog” or the “Academic Advising Report (AAR).”

3. Select “Add from Course Catalog.”

4. Enter a course or search phrase in the search bar or click “Additional ways to search.” Once the course is selected, click the arrow to continue.

5. Select the course to add to the Planner.

6. The course detail page will show information about the course such as the catalog description and any enrollment requisites. To add a course to the planner, click “Add to Planner.”

7. To return to the Planner, click “Planner” on the navigation pane. The user should then see “Unassigned Courses” in the Planner where the course is now located.

3. Select “Add from Academic Advising Report (AAR).”

4. Select a course by finding a “Not Satisfied” requirement and select a course.

5. Select a course to view the course detail page. The course detail page will show information about the course such as the catalog description and any enrollment requisites. To add the course to the planner, click “Add to Planner.”

6. To return to the Planner, click “Planner” on the navigation pane.

1. While in the ‘Planner’ tab, select Term or “Unassigned courses.”

2. Select the ‘Unassigned Course(s)” to move to a specific term.

3. Click “Move to Term.”

4. Select a term from the dropdown and then click “Save.”

5. To return to the Planner, click “Planner” on the navigation pane.
