Program Description

The Trauma Responsive Strategies micro-credential helps you build practical tools to support clients with trauma-related symptoms while maintaining your own emotional wellness. You will learn neuroscience-based techniques to foster resilience, improve service delivery, and promote a healthier workplace. The training emphasizes real-world strategies for non-clinicians working on the front lines of care.

Special Requirements

Open to all levels of staff including anyone in client-facing roles, and those interacting with the public. Also appropriate for direct service staff and supervisory staff. Learners are required to be affiliated with an organization that has an active contract with ITTIC for the trauma responsive training, whether completing this micro-credential virtually or in person.
