Program Description

The micro-credential helps you acquire critical teamwork strategies and tools to increase productivity and collaboration in teams. An Activating Prior Knowledge/Building Background component helps you reflect on what makes effective and ineffective teams. Communication, conflict resolution, psychological safety and trust, team formation and vision are skills addressed in a series of Workforce Development Core Competency Workshop videos and is followed by two case study assignments and a written reflection.
