Program Description

This program provides medical students with the opportunity to develop self-awareness and cultivate fundamental leadership skills through supplemental lecture, workshop, mentorship and project-based experiences. The program is open to second, third and fourth year medical students at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Upon completion, graduates will possess the leadership skills necessary to excel in the medical specialty of their choosing.
