Undergraduate leadership development is a personal and professional competency development journey. This micro-credential provides an opportunity for you to participate in a self-managed program that will aid you in developing your leadership competency. You will gain core skills that are considered vital by the business community for effective performance and successful leadership.

Special Requirements

This program is for full-time UB School of Management undergraduate Honors students. University Honors College management majors receive admissions preference, provided you meet the overall GPA requirement of 3.5 or better.
