Program Description

The More Than An Athlete micro-credential is designed to enhance the career and leadership development of student athletes at UB. You will build skills beyond your athletic abilities, preparing you for life after graduation. You will be able to explore passions and connect those passions to relevant careers through various educational opportunities. Additionally, you will develop the leadership skills needed for your future career, including identifying strengths and areas of interest, developing communication and networking skills, and understanding how to apply leadership styles.
