Program Description

This micro-credential through the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) provides an opportunity for future engineers and applied scientists to become "career ready.” You will gain critical leadership skills to better prepare you for jobs in industry or academia, as well as a better understanding your own leadership capabilities. These skills will assist with transitions to the workforce and are critical to being an effective lifelong learner, which is recognized as a critical competency for engineers.
