Program Description

The Leadership Coaching Certification micro-credential will equip you with the essential skills you need to be an effective external or internal coach. Topics include foundational leadership coaching skills, assessment and feedback, advanced skills, and a practicum where you will gain real-world coaching experience under the supervision of program facilitators. This program is intended for senior executive professionals with at least 10 years of management experience.
