Program Description

The Leadership and Development Foundations micro-credential program provides recognition of skills that you develop during your job and/or internship experience(s) through a series of digital badges. This program aligns what you are learning in your current employment and activities with the skills that you will need in your future career, including communication, teamwork, professionalism and leadership.
