Program Description

This micro-credential through the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) provides an opportunity for participants to develop knowledge, understanding and awareness of issues in diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM. Through a series of workshops and assignments you will recognize how diverse teams are stronger and more effective at solving the kinds of complex problems that is the lifeblood of the engineering profession, and how having multiple points of view, approaches and skill sets, allows a better, more efficient and faster solution to engineering’s grand challenges.
