Program Description

This micro-credential utilizes competencies and curricula to provide pre-doctoral students of the School of Dental Medicine with a greater understanding of oral health care delivery to underserved patient populations, advocacy efforts to promote oral healthcare delivery, and education and research that support dental public health.

This program is open to predoctoral (DDS) student members of the UB School of Dental Medicine Student Chapter of AAPHD (American Academy of Public Health Dentistry) in their D2, D3 and D4 years who are interested in gaining a deeper understanding of Dental Public Health.
