The annual paper review was held in New Orleans, earlier this summer.

For the last decade, Hulme (PhD, 2000), has served on the National Training and Simulation Association’s (NTSA) subcommittee for planning, preparation and coordination of the conference. This year, specifically, Hulme served as an expert reviewer on two subcommittees: tutorials and professional development workshops.

Hulme’s background as a certified modeling and simulation professional (CMSP) was essential to a thorough review of candidate paper submissions. Each submission was reviewed by different subcommittees consisting of ~15 – 20 subject matter experts from academia industry and government. Accepted tutorials and professional development workshops will be modified by authors during the late summer and early fall months.

The I/ITSEC will be held from November 28 – December 2 of this year.
