Dental Medicine

The School of Dental Medicine offers graduate degrees and certification in dental sciences discliplines. These include a doctorate in Dental Surgery, with a separate track for internationally trained dentists and 13 graduate and certificate programs.

Nursing

UB's School of Nursing programs rank among the best in the nation. These include multiple tracks to achieve one of three undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences

The School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is among the top 20 pharmacy schools in the nation, offering the doctorate of pharmacy, graduate degrees in therapeutics and undergraduate and graduate degrees in pharmaceutical sciences.

Social Work

With curricula guided by trauma-informed and human rights perspectives, the School of Social Work offers a variety of graduate programs leading to Master of Social Work (MSW), Doctor of Social Work (DSW) and PhD in Social Welfare degrees. UB is ranked in the top 25 schools of social work by U.S. News & World Report and is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

Interprofessional Practice and Education

The Interprofessional Practice and Education program enables students to gain skills that go beyond the minimum accreditation requirements, targeting four core competencies (values & ethics, roles & responsibilities, communication, and teams & teamwork) and offering a microcredential.
