Program Description

The Engineering Science MS program with a course focus in Cybersecurity is an interdisciplinary program in partnership with the UB School of Management. This program is designed for graduates and IT professionals looking to enhance their knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity. It equips students with the necessary skills to pursue various roles, including cybersecurity analysts, engineers, administrators, or consultants in industries or government sectors.

The curriculum encompasses essential concepts in cybersecurity, covering foundational principles and imparting practical skills. Students will gain hands-on experience applying security solutions and utilizing tools to safeguard cyber infrastructures. The program emphasizes real-world applications in sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation systems, enabling students to protect critical systems from cyber threats effectively.
