Criminal Law LLM

School of Law

Program Description

An LLM or "Master of Laws," is an advanced degree in law. To be eligible to apply for an LLM program, you need to have already completed a first degree in law, such as an LLB, a Licenciado, etc. The Criminal Law LLM builds on our strength in the interdisciplinary study of criminal law and the work of the Buffalo Criminal Law Center. Our Criminal Law LLM was the first of its kind in the United States and continues to be one of the only such programs.
