Description

Join co-curators Anna Wager, Ph.D. (Curator of Exhibitions, UB Art Galleries) and Eric Huk (Gallery Associate) for a guided tour of Martha Jackson in Paris. This exhibition revisits the influential art dealer’s early efforts to build transatlantic artistic dialogue and examines her pivotal role in introducing American artists to European audiences in the 1950s.

The tour offers an inside look at rarely seen archival materials and artworks from the Martha Jackson Gallery Archives—one of the founding collections of UB Art Galleries—while exploring Jackson’s visionary approach to modern and contemporary art.
