It’s OK to keep feelings inside

New research by a UB psychologist has found that, contrary to popular notions about what is normal or healthy, it is OK not to express one’s thoughts and feelings after experiencing a collective trauma, such as a school shooting or terrorist attack. » Full Story

Showcasing top student videos. Students from more than 50 Buffalo Public Schools classrooms who are participating in the “City Voices, City Visions” project will gather downtown tonight to watch the digital videos judged the best student-made productions of the year.

UB on the Green sets second season. UB will hold its second annual performance series for the community, UB on the Green, on four Tuesday evenings, beginning July 22.

A century of UB songs. Songs written for and about UB by faculty members, students and well-known composers over the past century are showcased in a new exhibit mounted by the UB Music Library.
