  • Join Eat Well Live Well Challenge

UB faculty and staff are encouraged to sign up for the next round of the Eat Well Live Well Challenge, which starts Oct. 17.

The eight-week health promotion initiative, organized by Wegmans and sponsored by University Human Resources, is designed to encourage individuals—through a team approach—to move more and increase the amount of fruits and vegetables they eat.

All participants will receive free weekly healthy meal recipes, nutritional counseling seminars and nline progress tracking. The winning team will receive a generous prize package (details to be announced) sponsored by Robitaille Real Estate.

Participants may join as a team or join solo, and non-UB friends and family members are welcome to participate.

    E-mail HR-Worklifebalance@buffalo.edu to sign up.
