EAP sponsors workshops

The Employee Assistance Program is sponsoring three free workshops this month to help faculty and staff deal with a variety of personal and professional issues.

“Improve Your Financial Fitness” will be the topic of a workshop to be held from 1-2 p.m. June 14 in 142 Crofts Hall, North Campus. The workshop will offer advice on money management and show participants how they can live responsibly today while planning wisely for tomorrow. Click here to register.

Maintaining a balanced work and personal life while coping with such stressful issues as possible furloughs, voluntary incentives and changing workplaces will be the topic of “Coping with Changes and Uncertainty,” to be held from noon to 1 p.m., June 18 in 324 Crofts. The practical session will provide participants tips on how to stay resilient during uncertain and changing times. Click here to register.

A webinar for "Working Parents" will be held from noon to 1 p.m. June 17 in 324 Crofts. The NYS Balance webinar will help parents learn to identify and set realistic boundaries between work and home to help insure success in both. Click here to register.
