  • Establish a process for measuring and monitoring performance of the public service and community relations strategy

  • Identify any technology needed to support the execution of a public service community relations plan

Organizational Structures

  • Identify Process Owners
  • Develop organizational relationships / reporting structures
  • Identify skills / competencies required
  • Create a gap analysis – do we have the required skills and competencies needed to get the job done

Deliverables

  • Recommendation for a new Public Service and Community Relations Operating Model (Alignment of People, Process, Strategy, Technology)
