If you're having trouble locating your UBITName:
- Make sure you've registered for classes (if you're a student), or make sure your department has completed all paperwork with the Personnel Department (if you're faculty or staff). Otherwise, no UBITName may exist.
If you have your correct UBITName but are having trouble logging in:
- Make sure both your UBITName and password are typed correctly, as both are case-sensitive. So if your password starts with a capital "T" lower-case "t" won't work.
- Make sure you have the correct password.
