The CEW is one of my favorite places on campus. It has a relaxed and focused atmosphere, which makes writing incredibly enjoyable. I love helping writers talk through their ideas and discover new ways of approaching their current and future work. I also enjoy helping students from different cultures negotiate with the (sometimes arbitrary) rules of American academia. Working at the CEW has given me a fresh perspective on the social processes that surround language instruction. I hope to continue exploring these processes in my future research career.
