Chancellor Bartlett speaks at seminar

Thomas A. Bartlett, chancellor of the State University of New York, will be the first speaker in the 1995-96 Breakfast Seminars for Western New York's Higher Educators Series on Friday, Oct. 6. Bartlett will speak at 8 a.m. in Moot Hall, Buffalo State College.

The series is sponsored by the Western New York Higher Education Consortium, the UB Graduate School of Education, the UB Department of Educational Organization, Administration and Policy, Buffalo State College and Erie Community College.

Bartlett, who holds undergraduate and doctoral degrees from Stanford University, is former chancellor of the Oregon State System of Higher Education and the University of Alabama System, and a past president of Colgate University, American University in Cairo and the Association of American Universities.
