CIT staff, Administrative HUB staff

Special Requirements

Cisco AnyConnect Client with Software Token or Hardware Fob (see cost for services)

Hours of availability

24 hours daily

Hours of support

8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET
Monday - Friday; Token creation, replacement and assignment closed University holidays; After hours support only for urgent and high priority problems
