See a list of all your courses organized by term.

Overview of Courses

  • See all your courses, including past and upcoming terms.
    • Just click on the course name to access your course content.
  • View courses as a list or a grid.
  • Courses are listed alphabetically.
  • Add courses to the Favorites section (so they appear at the top of the list) by clicking the star icon.

Note that courses in UB Learns still look and function the same.

List View or Grid View

You can view your courses as a list or a grid. Courses in both views are arranged alphabetically.

Switch between the two views using the list or grid icons located to the left of the search box.

Add a Course to Favorites

If you access a course frequently, click the star icon to add it to the Favorites section at the top of the list.

To remove a course from Favorites, click the star icon again.

The Favorites section is available in list and grid views.

Changing a Course's Grid View Image

The minimum size for images is 1200 x 300 pixels.

Changing the default image will also add the new image as a banner to your course's home page.

  1. Switch to grid view.
  2. Move your cursor over a course card and click the ellipsis icon (three dots).
  3. Choose Edit course image from the pop-out menu.
  4. Click Add new image.
  5. Locate a picture on your computer.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Click Save.

Restoring the Default Course Grid View Image

  1. Switch to grid view.
  2. Move your cursor over a course card and click the ellipsis icon (three dots).
  3. Choose Edit course image from the pop-out menu.
  4. Click Restore to default image.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click Save.

Changing Course Availability

Although you can change the course availability (called Make course private or Open course in Ultra Base Navigation) on the Courses page, we highly recommend that you continue to change the availability of a course using the Control Panel inside the course.

Finding a Course That Has Been Hidden

If you accidentally hide a course, it will not appear in the list on the Courses page by default.

To to restore a hidden course to your course list:

  1. Choose Hidden from me from the Filter drop-down menu.
  2. Click on the ellipsis icon  (three dots) for the course.
  3. Choose Show course from the pop-out menu.
