Data Management Policy
UB Learns administration instituted a Data Management Policy that is consistent with the Undergraduate Incomplete Policy. In accordance with the university’s Undergraduate Incomplete Policy, courses will remain available to instructors on the UB Learns server for a maximum period of 12 months after the conclusion of the semester.
Export an Archive of Your Course
To export course content before its scheduled removal date, use the Export/Archive Course utility found in Packages and Utilities of the Control Panel.
