Extending Past-Term Student Enrollments

As of December 2020, past-term student enrollments are set as "Unavailable." Student grades, postings and interactions will remain visible to the instructor after the semester ends, but students will no longer be able to access the course unless the instructor extends enrollment.
Deleting a Past Semester Course

Remove a UB Learns Past Semester Course Site before the scheduled removal date.
Setting Courses to Unavailable

Make all or part of a course unavailable to students but accessible to instructors and TAs.
Courses for Departmental or Administrative Use

Administrative course sites are UB Learns sites that are not affiliated with classes offered by registration number.
