UB's primary Learning Management System is now UB Learns, powered by Brightspace.
Course Content Areas are used to organize all course content materials. Some default areas are Course Documents and Assignments.
Instructors create and manage Content Areas from the Course Menu. Instructors may decide to create additional Content Areas or edit existing Content Areas.
By default, a specific number of Content Areas appear in a course.
If the Content Area contains no content, it is unavailable to students. Use the dropdown menu to the right of the newly created area for editing features.
Once inside a content area, use the dropdown menu to the right of the title to Edit, Delete, Show Icons Only or Show Icons and Text.
