Conference calls can be held using the your UB phone.

Up to 6 callers can be bridged together for on-the-fly conferencing. For additional callers or planned conferencing with a host, attendees and the ability to present materials please refer to our Conference Technology page for available options.
The steps below include only the 8800 phone model instructions.
You can transfer control of a conference call to another participant.
The conference call will not end when the initiator hangs up if they are using a VoIP phone. The call does not end until the last participant hangs up.
The Join feature allows two or more existing calls to be combined to create a conference call.
To add an incoming call to a conference call on the phone that initiated the conference call.
Conference calls can be made to long distance and international numbers if phones are configured with those options. Long distance dialing to North America is the default configuration. International calling options are based on departmental needs. Long distance and international dialing configurations are established by departments.
Conference call participants do not hear music when the call is put on hold.
To avoid disturbing others in a conference call if you need to leave the room temporarily, press the Mute button on the front of your phone to prevent others from hearing any sound from it. You will still be able to hear other participants while you are muted. Press Mute again to unmute.
