Why are my folders not displaying new messages?

If you cannot see all of your new messages, you may have to enable Check all folders for new messages:

  1. Click the Settings icon
  2. Click the Preferences tab
  3. Click Mailbox View
  4. Under New Message, tick the checkbox labeled 'Check all folders for new messages'
  5. Click Save
  6. Click the Mail icon to return to viewing your Inbox
