Software is missing from the station I'm using.

You are probably at a special station, such as a Library Research station or a Print Release station. These stations have a limited amount of software and are designed for specific uses.

Report the Problem If You Are at a Cybrary Station

  • If the computing site has a print service counter, report the problem there.
  • If there is no print service counter, contact the Public Sites team: phone 716-645-2721 or email pubsites@buffalo.edu.
  • You may also contact the UBIT Help Center, Lockwood 2nd Floor Cybrary, at 716-645-3542 or ubithelp@buffalo.edu.
