Using the Outlook Web App to access your UBmail? If you’re tired of clicking traffic lights and fire hydrants, there’s good news: on March 17, 2020, the current CAPTCHA security check is being replaced with Duo two-step verification.

Duo two-step verification is the standard at UB for account security. Adding Duo to the Outlook Web App makes your email security stronger and eliminates the need for CAPTCHA.

Members of the UB community share important information with each other, and those outside of UB, every day. While email isn’t meant for sending sensitive data, it’s still important to keep your communications as secure as possible.
