Jotting down ideas, creating graphs or drawing out a plan can be challenging when your team members are all working from different locations. But now, with the help of Zoom Whiteboard, the drawing board is transformed into a virtual workspace that’s compatible with all your devices.

How does it work?

Zoom Whiteboard allows you to create, edit, save and share ideas on a digital canvas in real time, no matter where you are located.

Zoom's whiteboard templates include flow charts, storyboards or diagrams to get your project started. You can also completely start from scratch on a virtual whiteboard to generate text, shapes, or other free form drawings.

Zoom Whiteboard allows you to work on your saved whiteboards at any time in Zoom, even if you aren’t in a Zoom meeting. You can also view, edit and share your whiteboard project from any device.

Your team can work on the same whiteboard project seamlessly, so it feels like you are working together in the same room.

This feature is built right into your Zoom app. Zoom Whiteboard will also work with touch screen monitor devices like the DTEN ONboard and Neat Board, so when you want to work in person together on your project, you can.
