PS I Love You Day encourages communities to wear purple in order to foster kindness and a welcoming environment and educate others that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Love All Your Chapters

Join Student Engagement in celebrating PS I Love You Day, a nationwide event on the second Friday of every February. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to wear purple to show support for mental health awareness and participate in activities that foster self-love and kindness to all. This year's theme is "Love All Your Chapters."

Students can take and leave affirmations from and for other UB students and help micro-volunteer for Compass House, an organization dedicated to helping homeless and runaway youth in the Buffalo area.
