Intelligence is more than brains and heart. How much emotional intelligence do you have?

Emotional Intelligence Workshop

Tuesday, April 2 at 12 p.m.

Academic research and real-life experience prove that having Emotional intelligence (otherwise known as emotional quotient or EQ) can make someone a better and more effective leader than just intelligence alone. When people develop their emotional intelligence, they not only have far greater control over their own emotions, but they are also better able to perceive the emotions of other people and build strong, effective relationships.

This workshop gives participants an opportunity to explore and better understand their own emotions and practice different ways of building rapport and connecting with others.
