Graduate Students: Stress Less!

UB Counseling Services is facilitating a weekly virtual drop-in series in April to meet the needs of graduate and professional students.

Join us during the month of April to explore different ways to practice self-care. Discover techniques to de-stress while taking some time to focus on yourself during one of the hardest parts of the year. Each drop-in session will focus on a different aspect of self-care including mind, body, heart, and soul. Open to all graduate students in the following graduate programs: Nursing, Dental, Medical, Pharmacy, Public Health, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Roswell students.

You do not need to register in advance to attend.

This virtual drop-in group will meet each Wednesday in April at 2:00 p.m. via zoom.

Stress can have a major impact on your grades, your relationships and your life as a college student. In fact, many students say stress is the main obstacle to their academic success. If you’re feeling anxious or stressed out, we can help.
