The Intercultural and Diversity Center is seeking passionate and self-aware UB students who have a demonstrated commitment to social justice, inclusion, and equity to apply to become a Diversity Advocate!

Diversity Advocates are paid student leaders who hold a premier role on campus as part of a dynamic team of peers. DA's are provided the opportunity to impact the campus community by planning and implementing educational and social programs. There are three student staff positions within our Diversity Advocates team, ALANA (Asian, Latinx, African, and Native American), Social Justice, and LGBTQ+.
