Telehealth Appointments Available

Published May 21, 2020

Students who need to speak with a healthcare provider and do not need to come into the office can make a telehealth appointment at Health Services.

Health Services is pleased to offer telehealth to all currently registered UB students. Telehealth allows us to expand the delivery of medical services and information with options including an online patient portal, telephone consultation, and videoconferencing. Now it is easier and more convenient to manage your health care. When an in-person visit isn’t required or possible, you can have a virtual appointment with a Health Services provider using your computer or mobile device.

These remote services are secure and free to students, regardless of their medical insurance. Currently virtual appointments need to be conducted when the patient is in New York State. If you have any questions, or if you would like to make a telehealth appointment, please contact us at 716-829-3316.
