Join UB in raising awareness about domestic and intimate partner violence, and learn how to support those who have been affected.
Domestic and intimate partner violence is a major public health, human rights, and social justice issue, and we need everyone’s help to end it. UB will be hosting a number of virtual events this month and beyond for you to get informed and involved.
Health Promotion hosts a variety of violence prevention workshops all semester long. Learn how to be an active bystander, how to help a friend affected by sexual violence, and tap into community resources. All workshops are free and open to all students.
We are constantly adding events to our calendar. To stay up to date with new programs, workshops and discussions like and follow our Peer Education groups on social media.
