Stressbusters provide free, five-minute back rubs to their peers, along with information about health and wellness. Apply today!
Becoming a Stressbuster is a fun, rewarding way to help your peers learn stress management techniques. Students of all class levels are encouraged to apply. Volunteer commitment is less than 10 hours per semester, and Stressbusters can count towards volunteer hours needed for a class, student club or other program.
All Stressbusters participate in a four-hour volunteer training in October. After that, Stressbusters will begin providing free weekly back rubs to students at campus events, residence halls, organization meetings, libraries and other campus locations.
