Deadlines For Submitting Your Route Information

For fall semester routes: first week of October

For spring semester routes: first week of December

If winter snow is an obstacle for you because of a mobility impairment, we encourage you to request an accommodation for snow removal. If your request is approved, you can then submit your route information, which will help ensure that your paths and walkways remain clear and usable during the winter.

Call the Snow Removal Hotline

If you have a concern about snow-related obstacles on campus, please call the Snow Removal Hotline, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
