Get a deeper understanding of topics related to leadership, service and student development by attending the LEAD UB Conference.
LEAD stands for Leadership, Engagement, Advocacy and Development; this conference was designed to bring students from across UB and the surrounding communities together to learn about and engage in topics related to leadership, service, and overall student development.
We hosted engaging and relevant speakers, and roundtable discussions, and provided an opportunity to discover new skills and programs for you to be involved with.
We recognize that students have a lot of options for leadership development here at UB, and we want to thank all of our students who chose this conference as one of those options. We'll be taking a brief break in offering this conference for the future as we work to ensure that it provides the best possible leadership development experience for everyone.
We look forward to offering an incredible and reimagined program soon!
Each day brought a new theme - leadership, engagement, advocacy, and development - to provide students with a meaningful experience. These are the core ideals of the Student Engagement office, and can be seen throughout almost all of the programs we offer!
