An NIH biosketch is required for all Senior/Key Personnel included in NIH grant applications and is used to showcase your education, professional experience, contributions to science and scholarly activities, along with current and completed research support.
As detailed in NIH Notice NOT-OD-24-163, NIH will be adopting Common Forms for Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending (Other) Support to be used with all applications and Research Performance Progress Report(s) (RPPRs).
Forms Version C (use also for Fellowship Sponsor/Co-Sponsors)

For fellowship applications, the applicant must use the NIH fellowship applicant biosketch. Fellowship sponsor/co-sponsors must use the NIH general biosketch.

Microsoft Excel requires Microsoft Office or a free alternative such as Open Office.
