Title | Community Needs Assessment to Inform Development of Primary Care-Integrated Falls Prevention Programs for Older Adults in Western New York |
Description | This research is being done to develop a better understanding of older adults’ perceptions and attitudes about risk of falling. We are also very interested in older adults’ experiences in primary care regarding assessment of fall risk and primary care-based efforts to help older adults avoid falls. Finally, we would like to examine the motor function of older adults to understand the level of function that patients in primary care are living with each day. We expect that you will be in this research study for approximately 15 to 20 minutes in one session. Compensation is not available. |
